During the month of April 2013, coinciding with National
Library Week (April 14 – 20) and National Screen Free Week (April 29 – May 5), we are hosting a Reading Contest for children of all
ages.
Starting on March 26, young readers may pick up a Reading Log in the Children’s Room. The contest begins on April 1. Readers may record the minutes they read every day. Every time he or she comes to the Library, the reader should bring the reading log so links in a paper chain can be added for every hour read.
